Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with tags. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as treats cannot be returned. Gift cards are non-returnable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back without a Return Merchandise Authorization.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be issued within 7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days. Be aware that it may take up 5-7 business days to see your money in your bank account. This is dependent on the banks.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, please check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at info@arnidoggears.com.

The time it takes longer for your exchanged product to reach you may depend on where you live.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please do not send your purchase back without a Return Merchandise Authorization.

Warranty Policy

Our products are field tested, and we guarantee against defects in materials and craftsmanship. If you have received an ArniDogGears item you suspect has a defect, please email us at info@arnidoggears.com.

We offer a 6-month limited manufacturer warranty, which covers manufacturing and material defects only. Our warranty does not cover damage by any of the following:

  • Improper use or misuse of the product
  • Damage caused by chewing, digging, biting, cleaning, disassembly, alterations, or modifications
  • Delamination due to improper care, such as ironing, drying, or washing the waterproof fabric at a non-recommended temperature setting
  • Dampness, soiling, and foul smell resulting from submerging a product, forgetting it outside in the rain, or exposing the foam to water or fluids because the zipper was left unzipped or the cover has a tear
  • Damage caused by or resulting from normal wear and tear, abuse, fire, submerging, or aggressive cleaning

Warranty FAQs

Will you pay for the shipping of my product for the Warranty Claim?

Customers are responsible for shipping the product to us. We will cover the shipping cost for shipping the item back to you. We recommend shipping your product with tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for products lost or damaged in transit to us.

Do I need to wash a product before I mail it for the Warranty Claim?

Yes. Any used product returned for warranty must be washed to protect our staff from pathogens, allergens, and parasites. Thus, any item deemed not freshly washed will be mailed back to you for washing before evaluating your warranty claim.

Do you offer alterations?

We do not offer alterations, but we do offer customer orders. For a custom order, say a longer bed, please email info@arnidoggears.com.

Do you offer repairs?

We can repair a product on a case-by-case basis. In the case of a small nail tear in our bed covers — for instance, we can ship you a repair patch to seal the hole. To inquire about repairs, email info@arnidoggears.com.
