The BED

How to assemble

  1. Carefully cut the plastic bags containing the foam and take the foam mattress out of the bags.
  2. Leave the foam for 24-48 hours to decompress and expand.
  3. (After the foam has expanded…) Feel the two sides of the mattress and find the one that feels firmer. This is the mattress-bottom.
  4. Unpack the bed sleeve and locate the side with the black sticky pads. This is the sleeve-bottom.
  5. Place the mattress in the sleeve ensuring that the four corners of the mattress-bottom are in the four corners of the sleeve-bottom.
  6. Now the sleeve-top should land on top of the softer memory foam.
  7. Using the pull-tab zip the sleeve around and enjoy!
  8. NOTE: Do not assemble the bed with foam still in the plastic bags. This will prevent the foam from breathing.

  • Spot clean with mild all-purpose cleaner.
  • Wash with mild detergent.
  • Wash with cold water.
  • Wash on gentle cycle.

  • Wipe sticky pads periodically.

Common Questions

What spot-clean cleaner do you recommend?

Any mild all-purpose cleaner should be okay. We love using Mrs. Meyer’s or Method on our beds!

Do I need to use fabric softnener?

Please do not user fabric softener. This will damage the fabric’s properties.

My bed slides all over the floor. What can I do?

Due to the sticky nature of the floor pads, they can accumulate dust and other particles from the floor. To combat this, periodically wipe them down with mild all-purpose detergent and a damp towel.

My dog’s nail made a tiny hole in the bed sleeve. What can I do?

Send us an email at info@arnidoggears.com with a picture of the hole and if we think that this is repairable we will mail you a repair patch.
